Will my insurance company see my genetic information or test results?
No. Cancer and genetic-related services available through your membership are delivered by Kadance, an independent precision health management company.

Your results are never shared with your insurance company or any other organization without your permission.
How does the membership work if I have Medicare, Medicaid, or other health insurance?
Kadance Navigate is designed to complement existing health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

It is separate from your health insurance and does not depend on your current coverage. There are no copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or out-of-pocket costs for included program services.
