Darren Rowe
Darren is an accomplished leader and seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience focused on driving healthcare innovation and transforming organizations. His impressive track record of leadership roles includes the former Managing Director of Champions Oncology, founder and CEO of Reframe Health, and Chief Product Officer and Head of Programs and Market Intelligence at Genomic Life. Originally from the UK, Darren was a regular healthcare commentator for BBC before relocating to the US to continue to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

Kim Scott
Chief Commercial Officer
Kim Scott
Kim is a recognized leader in integrating genomics and business strategy. She began her career in research at institutions like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital before transitioning to leadership roles at genomics pioneers Applied Biosystems and Illumina. In the insurance sector, Kim served as COO at United Pet Care and SVP of Marketing at Genomic Life. Now CCO at Kadance, she leads commercial strategy, equipping insurers with genomics-based precision health management solutions. Kim holds a B.S. in Physiology and an Executive M.B.A. from Pepperdine.

Louis Davis
Louis is a passionate technologist dedicated to bringing advanced technology solutions to the healthcare industry. His 20 years of experience range from startups to large enterprises, including HCA Healthcare and Amazon. Louis began his career as a software engineer before transitioning into IT strategy, where he developed deep expertise in building strategic roadmaps, leading product development, managing IT organizations, driving go-to-market initiatives, and aligning corporate finance with technology goals. His strength lies in blending technical insight with business acumen to deliver scalable, elegant, and impactful solutions.

Terri Kinloch
Terri is an expert product management professional with over 10 years of experience leading the development and implementation of digital solutions. Her deep experience has enabled her to develop a unique skill set that spans the entire product development lifecycle. Terri acquired extensive knowledge by working in product development for companies ranging from strategic start-ups to large global corporations, including Nissan. Terri holds a B.S. degree and a master's degree in Human Resources Development from Vanderbilt University.

Marianne Gault, MSN, BS, RN, OCN
Marianne is an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator with more than a decade dedicated to oncology navigation and over twenty years across diverse oncology settings, including inpatient care, infusion services, and infusion management. A respected leader in her field, she is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society and served as the founding president of the Red Rose Chapter. As Head of Clinical Services at Kadance, Marianne leads clinical navigation efforts, ensuring members receive expert-guided, compassionate support throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. She holds a B.S. in Individual and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, an RN diploma from The Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, and an M.S. in Nursing Education from Drexel University.

Oncology Nurse Navigator
Michelle Ream, BSN, RN, OCN
Michelle is an Oncology Nurse Navigator with nearly a decade of experience across inpatient and outpatient oncology care. She began her career on an acute oncology unit, building a strong foundation in inpatient care before transitioning to outpatient settings, where she specialized in triage, program development, and patient navigation. At Kadance, Michelle supports members throughout their cancer journey by providing coordinated, compassionate guidance that addresses both clinical and emotional needs. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in Nursing from Millersville University, combining clinical expertise with a holistic approach to care.

Oncology Nurse Navigator
Cristine Joligon, MSN, BSN, RN, OCN, BMTCN, NI-BC
Cristine is an experienced oncology nurse with a background in oncology nurse navigation, telehealth, and case management. She most recently served as a Senior Oncology Nurse Navigator at City of Hope, where she reviewed complex medical records, developed clinical summaries, and supported members through virtual and onsite consultations. Earlier in her career, Cristine provided inpatient and outpatient oncology care, including chemotherapy and biotherapy administration. She also brings expertise in clinical informatics, having supported Epic EHR implementation and optimization. Cristine holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Informatics from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University.
